Added a uri hook and added validation. Now we can
use http://u.mnch.us/shorten.php?url=something
to pass information to the script. This opens up
a plethora of opportunities for exposure with it.
Plans have been made to create a firefox extension
to allow remote use of urlmunch.

Also added README, INSTALL.txt, todo.txt, license.txt,
changes.txt, and bugs.txt

Finally packaged the script for distribution. This
includes creating a SourceForge project.

URLmnchr is now simply URLmnch. Gave the frontend
a nice layout and made it look more beautiful. Also
added a layout to the post-processed information
display.

Added an http:// prefix check to the script.
Now if the user forgets the http://, the script
automatically detects that and corrects it before
processing the data. If it's already there, it
skips it and posts directly to the database.
