To install The Host Core 

Step 1
Create a new MySql database

Step 2
edit thc_config.php

Step 3
upload all folders, files and images to your hosting account.

Step 4
cmod the following folders to be writeable 777 should work most time although some hosts you will need 755
thc_images
thc_images/banners
thc_images/contacus
thc_images/gallery
thc_images/layout
thc_images/store

Step 5
Direct your web browser to the thc_installer.php file and follow the instructions.
(example: http://www.mysite.com/installer.php)

Step 6
Log into THC and set up your new web site
