a. Unzip the files to a location you desire.
b. Open "event_calendar.php" and change the events at the top of the file. If
   you don't want events enabled, then change the "$enable_events" variable to
   false.
c. Upload "event_calendar.php" to your site.

You can style the form on "event_calendar.php" however you like using either
CSS or (X)HTML.
