II. How to install 

    1. Find a Apache host with PHP5 and a MySQL database
    2. Send files on your host
    3. Edit config.php
    4. On Linux, chmod 777 /cam
    5. Execute iyell.sql
	
    
    
III. How to use

    1. Go on the main page
    2. Click on the current yell
    3. Write a yell
    4. That's it
