<P><FONT color=#000000 size=2 face=Verdana>Here we will walk you through the 
<STRONG>Administration Area</STRONG> of EzInvoice. This area of EzInvoice 
provides you with a simple interface to add, edit and delete your&nbsp;clients 
and invoices. We will now cover each area and describe how it is used. 
<P><FONT color=#000000 size=2 face=Verdana>The first screen you will see when 
you begin with <STRONG>EzInvoice's Administration Area</STRONG> is the main entry 
<P><FONT color=#000000 size=2 face=Verdana>This screen will look like the 
following screenshot.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT color=#000000 size=2 face=Verdana>The above is our login screen. You will need the 
information provided in the&nbsp;<STRONG>README</STRONG> file to enter this area 
of EzInvoice the first time. The small icon in the lower, right side is a quick 
link to your website main page. (<FONT color=#808080>After your setup clients, 
they will login from the same screen only with their personal 
<P><FONT color=#000000 size=2 face=Verdana>Once you enter the correct 
information, you will then see the following screen.</FONT></P>

<P>From here you can manage all aspects of EzInvoice. We will now cover each 
section with the basics of what, how and why each area is and is used for.</P>
<P>This first screen is the Main Invoice Screen. You will 
always enter to this screen and all your invoices will be listed here, both 
pending and paid.</P>
<P>You can either Add An Invoice or Manage Client Profiles from this main screen 
as well.</P>
<P>First we will cover the Menu across the top of the screen. This is your 
Support Menu for EzInvoice and will move you around the main functions. We will 
take a look at each one.</P>
  <LI><STRONG>Client&nbsp;Listing</STRONG> - 
  This is where you can add, edit or delete client information. 
  <LI><STRONG>Contact Support</STRONG> - 
  This is the built in Contact Support System. 
  <LI><STRONG>Help</STRONG> - This is 
  the file your reading now. 
  <LI><STRONG>Updates</STRONG> - This 
  will check for updates to EzInvoice. 
  <LI><STRONG>MySQL Backup</STRONG> - 
  This will create and email a backup of your EzInvoice database. 
  <LI><STRONG><FONT color=#ff0000>Log Out</FONT></STRONG> - Click this one to 
  logout of EzInvoice - <FONT color=#800000>Please always use this link to leave 
<P><FONT color=#000000>We first need to start by creating a new client. Assuming 
you have already made the needed corrections to the admin account...</FONT></P>
<P>Lets click on the <STRONG>  Client&nbsp;Listing</STRONG> button.</P>
<P>The next screen will look like the following.</P>

<P>EzInvoice has built in pagination and a search function 
to make it easier and faster to find clients&nbsp;and 
view invoices.</P>
<P>We now click on the&nbsp;<A href="Add_New_Client.htm">Add 
New Client</A> button to create a new
