How to install Encaps-2.3.22:

- unzip the package and upload onto your webserver (let's say your_webserver.com)
- change permissions for "rwx" folder and "config.ini.php" file to make them world-writable
	(777 in Unix notation, or rwxrwxrwx in Windows notation)
- run http://your_webserver.com/admin/catalog_db_install.php
- set up existing database credentials - the database should be created before install Encaps 
	(create DB from your webhosting control panel, or you may use some existing database created before)
