Download the the files toc.php, toc_config.txt and this Docufile.
Copy toc.php in the document root of your server.
Copy the toc_config.txt somewhere in your filesystem. The webserver
must be allowed to read the toc_config.txt.
Configure the toc.php with the variables in the header.
To each variable exists a short description.
Only the variable configFile have to be set for a running example.
