This software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty 
of any kind, either expressed or implied, including and without limitation, the 
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non 
infringement. The entire risk arising out of use of this software remains with you.

In no event shall Tweezy or its representatives or suppliers be liable for any 
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business 
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other 
pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this software, 
even if Tweezy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This script may have been obfuscated to discourage you from making any fundamental 
changes to it (obfuscation generally involves removing comments and using meaningless 
variable names). If you identify some improvements or changes you'd like to see in 
this script, we prefer that you ask us to implement them. However if you have good 
reason for wanting to do this yourself, please contact us and we may offer to 
provide you with the original source code (no promises though!)

Currently this script is freeware, not free software. This means you are free to 
use it for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, but you are not allowed to modify 
and redistribute it. The PHP source has not been encrypted, so in practice it may 
be quite easy to modify, but we want to discourage this and prefer that ideas for 
improvements are passed on to us for inclusion in future versions. At some time 
in the future the script may be moved to a copyleft licence.
