./Step by step\.

1) Unrar the backitup.rar file. (Use winrar, www.rarlab.com)
2) Upload the whole folder "backitup" to your server.
3) Chmod the folder "files" to 777. (Right-click in your FTP-program, choose CHMOD, enter 777.)
4) Go to: http://www.your-adresse.com/backupitup
5) You are ready to take backup of your database!
	

./Good to know\.

***If you restore a database by a file with "Data and struckture" this will OVERWRITE the existing database!***
