Hi there! Thank you for downloading my script. Here's the instructions..

1) Installation
Installation should be pretty simple. The only thing that you really need to know
is where you're going to put the script. The script will create a directory named
befaft in whatever directory you install it; so just make sure that you don't
install it in a directory that already contains a directory named befaft and you'll
be fine.

Once you know where you're going to install it, upload it. If your software gives
you a choice, select ASCII, not binary.

Congratulations, the script is now installed.

2) Logging into your admin page
To log in to your admin page, simply open your favorite web browser and enter
the URL of your befaft.php file into the address window. You should see a page
asking you for a password. The default password is "password", without quotes.
Now that you're in, you should be able to figure out what to do, but feel free to
keep reading if you need more help.

3) Changing the password
I'd really suggest changing the password immediately, as "password" is a really,
really bad password. To do so, scroll to the bottom of the admin page and use
the "Change your password" form.

4) Making the script look "right"
You have 3 basic ways to customize the look of the script. The first is your header.
This can be entered through the "Change the header" form. Anything that you put
in that form will be placed between the <body> tag and any HTML the script
generates. The second way to change the look would be with the footer form, which
works just like the header except anything you put in it will go between any HTML
that the script generates and the </body> tag. Finally, you can use the "Change your
settings" form to change colors, use a .css file, and change the title of your before
& after page.

5) Adding some pictures
Towards the top of the page there's a form that you can use to add images to the script.
Simply fill it out, and the script will take care of the rest.

6) Showing off your work
Once you've added some pictures, you'll probably want to show them to your visitors.
The script lets you do that in 3 ways:

* The script will create a gallery page where people can see all of your pictures.
* The script will create a smaller script that will redirect a visitor to a random
  pair of images.
* You can also have the script put a random pair of images into an existing page.

To get the URLs for your galery and random image or the code to add a random image
to an existing web page, just check out the "Linking to your pictures" form towards
the top of your admin page.

7) HELP!
If you find yourself lost, go to http://www.animusprogramming.com/befaft/ and click the
help link.

8) Losing the links and getting more functionality
The script will generate small links at the bottom of each page it creates back to my site
in order to pay for itself. If you'd like to lose those links and help me out a bit please
consider buying the professional version of the script at
http://www.animusprogramming.com/pro/befaft/ . Note that the pro version also does a bit
more than the free version as well.
