  but there are problems. If you do try to login more then 5 times and fail, the 
  login<br>
  will die, and only after and hour it will be back up, now whats the problem 
  is this, if anyone tries to login more then 5 times,<br>
  the login will die for everyone! not just the user who got the login wrong 5 
  times, i will be fixing that bug, also, this thing works<br>
  with time, so if the time is 12, there is a problem, that should be fixed soon 
  enough also, but the rest, everything is all right :)<br>
  works prefrectly and there is a thing which is called 'Html Coder' well this 
  a perl script [ i could have done it with php but anyways.. ] that converts 
  normal emails into <strong>HTML CODE</strong>. Very useful to use ONLY IN &lt;a 
  href=&quot;mailto:bah&quot;&gt;B A H&lt;/a&gt;, anythign else it would not work<br>
  anyways why is it useful? well when you put your email on your site, spam bots 
  take your email and send junk emails<br>
  this protects it since spam bots do not read this html codes.<br>

  and then the admin can send them emails talking about what he/she would like
