Requirements:
- Apache or IIS webserver
- PHP (tested with 4.3.2 and safe_mode = on)
- MySQL (tested with 3.23.57)
- GD (tested with 2.0.15)

Installation:
- Copy to a folder on your server.
- make sure the tmp folder is writable
- edit the settings in Connections/t77_connect.php
- put omis.sql in your database
