DATABASE CHANGES FOR UPGRADING

For upgrading scripts and other content in the directory structure,
simply replace them with the new ones. Since we do release often,
you may wish to use Subversion to keep your install up to date!

In addition, follow the steps
below for corresponding versions to upgrade your database.



Upgrading from 0.3.3 to 0.3.4
-------------------------------------------
Back up your existing data, for instance with mysqldump.
Run the included 0.3.3to0.3.4.sql on your SMI database




Upgrading from 0.3.2 to 0.3.3
-------------------------------------------

Run the included 0.3.2to0.3.3.sql on your SMI database, please
make sure you have backed up your existing data prior to doing so.

Simply copy the new files over the existing files. Since we do release often,
you may wish to use Subversion to keep your install up to date.! 




Upgrading from 0.3.1 to 0.3.2
-------------------------------------------

Run the included 0.3.1to0.3.2.sql on your SMI database, please
make sure you backup your existing data prior to doing this.




Upgrading from 0.2.x to 0.3.x
-------------------------------------------

Run the included 0.2to0.3.sql on your SMI database, please
make sure you backup your existing data prior to doing this.




Upgrading from 0.1.x to 0.2.x
-------------------------------------------

Run the included 0.1to0.2.sql on your SMI database, please
backup your existing data prior to doing this.




Upgrading from pre-release to 0.1.x

ALTER TABLE servers ADD owner int(10);




Upgrading from pre-release
--------------------------------------------

ALTER TABLE servers ADD listeners int(10);
ALTER TABLE servers ADD maxlisteners int(10);

Users prior to SVN Revision 165 will lose their Graphed data when updating,
sorry but that's just what has to happen to allow greater granularity, you're
free to manually move your graphs to the new file format $port$id instead of
$port
