Installation procedure:
--------------------------------------------------------------
1 - Copy all files inside of the SellingMadeSimple folder to your webserver.  We recommend you upload the entire contents of the SellingMadeSimple folder to the root directory, eg: http://mysite.com/, and not http://mysite.com/SellingMadeSimple/
2 - Create a database for SMS to utilize, and grant a database user all privilages.
3 - Navigate to your root directory followed by install/.  For example, if you installed your site at: http://mysite.com, navigate to: http://mysite.com/install/
4 - Make sure that config.php is writeable!
5 - Follow the directions of the install script.
