You can define here the TABs (table panels) you want to see in this section and the display order. The 'Ticket', 'Messages' and 'Documents' are mandatory; you can add or create other tabs. If you have too much tabs, the lasts will displayed in a dropdown list. A tab can be not visible, meanings that it is accessible by staff members only. See the Edit page to setup the translations.
