PortWatcher

This page is the link to the Lanifex PortWatcher. It will scan using SNMP all Network switches in the DMO, and will fetch a list of the MAC addresses, and the ports to which they are linked.

Any change to a MAC address will be detected. It will also compare the ARP cache of the segment router to detect changes of the MAC to IP address. All information will be stored in a database for later auditing, and sent to the Event Management system.

Click on "DB review" to review the database or click on "SNMP scan" to manually run the SNMP scan.
