Frequently Asked Question:

Q: I just signed up for PortalXP.org, but I'm not sure what to do next?
A: When you signup for the first time, you will be directly to login to the administrator section of PortalXP.org.
At the administrator screen you can create periods/classes, add news, add calendar items, upload files and create assignments.

Q: I created periods, but they are not in the right order, what can be done?
A: When creating/editing a period, near the bottom of the screen is period sort order.
This field has precendence when sorting periods.

Q: I forgot my password, how can I get it back?
A: Currently their is no method to do this on-line right now. Simply e-mail
tech support and they will send your password to you. This feature will be released with the next release.

Q: How can this service be free?
A: Because we at PortalXP.org like to lose money. Actually, this service was first developed at helping

Q: What order should I create things (periods/assignments/links)?
A: The most ideal order of course is up to you, the teacher. However, in best practice you would

	and create links.

Q: What if I have other questions, comments, or suggestions?
