INSTALLATION: No installation required! Just copy the files to your server and point your browser to the index.php page. OPTIONAL CONFIGURATION: Edit the config.php file and enter your PgSQL information so you do not have to enter it every time you use PM Report. Report/Graph colors can also be changed in the config.php file. INSTRUCTIONS: -Enter your PgSQL server name, user name, and password and click submit. -Enter the name of the database you would like to use and click submit. -Select a table from the database using the drop-down and then click submit. -Use the check boxes on the left side to select the fields you would like to see on the report. -Select the operator you would like to use in the search from the Operator drop-down. -Enter the value you would like to search for into the value field. -If the field(s) you selected contain numbers and you would like the results formatted with decimals and commas click the Number Format check box. -If you would like to total the results for a field click on the Total check box. -To change the order the fields appear on the report change the number in the Field Order field. Field order begin with zero. Be sure you do not have any duplicate numbers in the Field Order fields and no numbers are missing. For example: If you had 5 fields in your table your field order numbers must include 0-4 and there may not be any duplicates. -At the bottom of the screen select which field you would like to sort by and either ascending (ASC) or descending (DESC). -If you did select any fields to be totaled select Yes next to Any Totals? and then click Generate Report. -PDF Graphs....Currently you can only graph the results of a single field at a time. Graphing totals or multiple fields will not work in PDFs. -Make sure you selected "Yes" next to Any Totals? and checked the fields to be totaled if you want to graph the totals.
