Install notes

Extract files to a location on your web server.

Create tables in attached SQL file. You can change the DB name as desired, just update config.php

Fill in the blanks in config.php. You will need a compiled ffmpeg.exe and flvmdi.exe for this to work. You can find ffmpeg (unofficial builds) online: http://arrozcru.no-ip.org/ffmpeg_builds/ and using a search engine. flvmdi is here: http://www.buraks.com/flvmdi/
