Mugatiya IP:Port Proxy

  What is it?

  Mugatiya is an IP:Port proxy emulating php script. It will run 
  in any Php capable web server such as Apache. The source code
  for Mugatiya is freely available.

  Installation
  ------------

  This instance will work out of the box without any configuration
  changes if you have apache running on localhost:8080.
  
  To install, deploy the 'super' directory to your DocumentRoot.
  Edit the host.php file and enter your host at $myhost.

  Deploy the .htaccess.txt to the DocumentRoot.
