Step.1
Upload following files&folders(including sub-folders):
includes/
modules/
files/common_css/style.css
upgrade_from/5.x/


Step.2
Excute the following URL on your web browser:
http://YOUR_JCOW_URL/upgrade_from/5.x/database.php
(then delete this file from your server)


Step.3
Login as admin. Go to "admin CP" -> "Modules", and click "Update modules".


Step.4
Go to homepage and refresh your web browser.
