Implement an edit group name capability and ensure that the name cannot be changed to "", or
duplicate an existing group name.

Implement ownership change functionality when editing a task template.

Implement ownership change functionality when editing a process template.

Implement a maximum # of users to list when adding users to a group/creating users.

Change occurences of "owner" text to "group or user responsible for task or process".

In Assign Task or Process, implement a frameless pop up box feature that will allow you to assign
a task to anybody who checkbox you click to recieve it. It will automatically send that number of
tasks to those people.
