This archive contains the xmllint.exe, xsltproc.exe, and unzip.exe
programs that are used by the FiForms Framework (http://www.fiforms.org)
running on the Microsoft Windows platform. The "bin" folder in this
archive should be placed inside the apps folder, or at least, the
configuration should be set in localconfig.php so that FiForms
can find these executables. If PHP safe mode is enabled, you should
place these executables in your safe_mode_exec_dir and configure
FiForms accordingly.
