Returns TRUE if has been successfully added, FALSE if not.

<i>string</i> address format are hide@address.com

Default values are:
<i>string</i> charset: utf-8
<i>string</i> encoding: quoted-printable

<i>string</i> encoding possible values are: quoted-printable or base64
