END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement (License) is an legal agreement between you 
(either an individual or a single entity) and Alexander Netkachev (author) 
for the software product known as "ExTemplate Library" and associated printed 
materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software"). By 
installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by 
the terms of this License.

GENERAL TERMS
All copyrights to the Software are exclusively owned by the author - 
Alexander Netkachev.

The Software is licensed by "Server". A "Server" means single physical computer 
with software that provides a HTTP and/or HTTPS service.

You may use the Software for evaluation purposes without charge on a Server 
that is not accessible from the Internet network. If you use this software on 
a Server that is accessible from the Internet network, you must pay fee. 
Contact author via email hide@address.com for information about methods 
of payment and pricing.

You may modify your copy or copies of the Software or any portion of it and use 
modified copies of the Software, but you cannot distribute such modifications 
except send it to author. When author asks for it (in any way) you must make 
your modifications, including source code, available to him. Author reserves 
the right to include any of these modifications in the next version of the 
Software.

The Software may be freely distributed. No person or company may charge a fee 
for the distribution of the Software without written permission from the 
copyright holder. The unchanged copy of the Software may be bundled or 
distributed with any other package if the exact text of this License and 
copyrights are included.

NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS
OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Alexander Netkachev.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the Software 
from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
