and <a href="http://www.adobe.com/education/products/premiere_elements.html" class="product" target="_blank">Adobe Premiere Elements</a>.
The websites provides educator resources and lesson ideas.
<a href="http://www.apple.com/support/imovie/" class="product" target="_blank">iMovie</a> is free software for the
Macintosh platform.

When complete, video projects can be exported in several formats. Determine how the video will be shared, resources available\
(CD disks are cheaper than DVDs, tape may be the most expensive and time consuming.)

Student must have these basic technology skills in order to create a basic electronic slide show:
</p>

<li> File Management: Create, name and save a file in an appropriate directory. </li>
<li> Locate and open software application. </li>
<li> Operate a video camera, microphone and tripod </li>
<li> Use video editing software including loading and arranging clips, inserting graphics,
creating titles and transitions, adding voice or music tracks, and exporting to a
video format for sharing. </li>
</ul>

Our digital natives are very clever, knowledgeable, and learn new skills easily. Encourage
experts in the group to share their skills with others. The challenge with technology is to
keep students focused on communicating the message, not the fancy technical tricks.
