ADbNewsSender 2 uses the WYSIWYG editor TinyMCE which is developed by Moxiecode Systems AB. 
TinyMCE is licensed under LGPL.
You can also get TinyMCE at http://tinymce.moxiecode.com

However, ADbNewsSender 2 as a whole is licensed under GPLv3.
