Zip stream 1.25

This is a PHP compression script that can be used to creat ZIP archives for packages with large number of files. ZipStream sends data to the clients as files are added to it. This avoids the problem of potential time-outs if adding a large number of files(sucn as backups).
Besides a large amount of files, ZipStream can also handle dynamically generated content
Requirements:
