xmlWeblication is a PHP class library and application framework for content management. Classes like Article, Menu, Module are used to handle these items in Web based applications. All these items are defined in simple XML files.

HTML templates may be defined within "Articles" or "Articles" may refer to shared templates and menus. A simple search and replace mechanism allows to write all articles and content using ASCII editors.

If you would rather not use vi, use something like dreamweaver or any simple XML or HTML editor of your choice.
