Substrate is an IoC/DI Container for PHP and owns an Inversion of Control/Dependency Injection Container (IoC/DI) and its goal is to provide developers with a set of tools to allow for configuring an application and managing its dependencies while remaining as transparent and unobtrusive as possible. Substrate tries to port as much as it can from the Spring .NET Framework, but adapting to the strengths and limitations of PHP.

What's New in this version:
- This release should contain only a very small number of changes that will impact Substrate users.- There was actually a lot of code changed but a lot of those changes are going to be part of the 0.1 release.
