RImageManipulator 1.0

RImageManipulator can load images in the GIF, JPEG and PNG formats, and apply several types of effects.
Currently RImageManipulator supports the effects: resize, rotate, apply filters like colorize, blur, negate, emboss, contrast, interlace, crop, draw text, fog, sepia.
Multiple effects can be applied in a single operation. The resulting image is saved to a file.
