This is a PHP rating script that can be used on your website can rate your items - article, listing etc. They can select from multiple rating from a drop down box. Only one vote per IP can be voted (within a pre-specified time), but many a times it may happen you have many users from 1 particular IP and if one user votes then others from the same IP are not able to rate from that IP. So, here you can set a time limit after which a vote from IP can be consider again. The votes get store with time of vote but all those votes which crosses the time limit you specify are removed.

Features of Ratings:
- Users/Guest both can vote
- Easily add/remove number of Rating Parameters (e.g. 5 or 10)
- 1 rating vote from 1 IP (only for specific time)
- Uses Cookies
- Displays Current Ratings
