PHPico is developed to read, create and manipulate Icon images in the ICO format. The script can be used to perform several operations with ICO icons, such as creating an empty icon, adding icon images of a different sizes and bit depths, removing images from icons, setting the color of icon images, adding the definition of a color, saving the icon to a given file and much more.
