Overlay Text 1.0

Overlay Text takes the path of a background image file and creates a new image with a text rendered over the background image. Parameters such as the text font, size, color and alignment, can be configured.
The generated overlay image is stored in a given path in JPEG format.
Requirements:
PHP 4.0 or higher
License type: Free for non-commercial purposes.
