Format Converter is a very simple class that can be used to convert audio and video clips. It uses the ffmpeg program to convert the clips. The class simply passes the input and output clip file names to ffmpeg when it executes the program.
ffmpeg supports many types of audio and video formats like MPEG, Flash Video, AVI, Windows Media, etc..
