File Upload System can check if the uploaded file has one of several allowed file name extensions, if the file size does not exceed a given limit, and if a file with the same name was not previously uploaded.
A valid file is copied to a given destination directory. If the file is a image, a JPEG copy and of a max width and height is created. If necessary it can be scaled to preserve the original proportions.
