SkullPuppy 1.5

SkullPuppy is a PHP framework for writing and deploying Web applications. Built on top of the MVC design principles, the framework has an extensible architecture for the development, maintenance and deployment of PHP applications. Using SkullPuppy reduces development costs and allows developers write less code.
