Rectify is a customer support ticket system that uses a database to create friendly relations with your customers. You can provide them with assistance and see all current/replied tickets. You are able to open, close and edit the tickets along with progress. Customers have an easy and intuitive interface where they can also respond to the tickets or close them if they feel their needs have been resolved. Customers can also submit new tickets in case of a problem.
What's New in This Release Version 2.3 Rectify:
- Fixed a problem where Rectify would send me emails as I had
- accidentally hard coded my email in there for new ticket notifications
- Fixed a problem with the URL string
