A developer can easily swith between ASP or PHP core with no change to the designer mark-up, a designer has complete control over the look and feel of their basket through the use fo skins.
Easy Basket works on any web platform simply copy to your websites public root. As all calls to the core are via AJAX you can have access to Paypal and Google Checkout on any type of webpage be it HTML, ASP, NET, PHP...
