Community-ID 2.0.0-RC3

Communmity ID is a free and Open Source PHP project to help users keek track of their trusted sites and manage then, it is an OpenID implementation in PHP which is OpenID 2.0 complaint. The login to C-ID could be username/password or a One Time Password with Yubikey, users can have multiple profiles like private or business contact information.
What's New in This Release Version 2.0.0-RC3 Communmity ID:
- Updated language reference files
- Added check to see if cURL is enabled (needed for Yubikey)
- Added label to list password requirements
- Detect missing new config settings after upgrade, and show warning notice.
Requirements:
- PHP 5.2.4 or Higher
- For YubiKey support php-curl package is required
